​​At the heart of Korean cuisine, a proper meal isn’t complete without banchan—small, shareable side dishes. In our banchan cooking class, you will learn hands-on techniques behind different styles of banchan including, namul, muchim, bokkeum, and jorim variations. Explore unique ingredients, approachable recipes, and the cultural significance of these humble dishes. 

Each class starts with heavy appetizers and includes 1 glass of wine or our housemade iced teas. Each person will also take home all banchan they’ve made from OHSUN for a complete banchan set to eat at home throughout the week. 

Class duration: 2.5 hrs
Dietary notes: This class is gluten-free (wheat beer will be provided as an option to purchase) with vegan options available. Please specify if you have any restrictions, and we’ll try to accommodate as best we can.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be passed to another person. Additional wine and beverages are available for purchase.
