Celebrate The Cook Book vol. III release at Manolin!

Come celebrate the third installment of The Cook Book at Manolin, on Monday, August 15th. The Cook Book is a collection of ~50 handwritten recipes from Seattle restaurant industry’s chefs, bakers, and bartenders. The third volume is full color and includes film photography of select chefs and their dishes. OHSUN will be featuring her Kkakdugi Kimchi recipe highlighted in the book, as well as an Anju Box + Banchan.
